Turkish Airlines Flight Academy (TAFA) was established as a sub-brand of Turkish Airlines for the purpose of training the pilots required by Turkish Airlines and other airlines as well as providing the pilot training (ATP (A) Unified Airline Transport Pilot Training). TAFA has been providing flight training at the academy facilities located in Aydın Çıldır Airport since 2013 and features 84 training aircrafts, 8 flight simulators, 6 classrooms and totally 97 Instructors, including 79 Flight Instructors, 15 Theoretical Knowledge Instructors and 3 Simulator Instructors in its current fleet.
